A flat cap using a Dieselpunk.ro pattern. The shell is black chrome-tanned leather. Internal structure is 4 oz veg tan dyed black. Chrome tan stays soft. Veg tan keeps the cap from collapsing. Red thread, a bit like racing stripes.
One change I still need: vent holes. In the sun this hat gets very warm.
